The Blue Bridge Realty LLC home office is located on Highway 92 between Platte City and Weston, Missouri, and right across the bridge from Leavenworth, Kansas. The company purchased the century-old building formerly known as the Toonerville Tavern and spent almost a year renovating the site to honor its history and provide a beautiful and convenient place to practice real estate.

Susanna Bartee is originally from Dallas, TX, where she met her husband (Shane) in college. As Shane served in the US Army over the course of two decades, they moved 11 times and have six children. They chose to settle in Weston, MO, in 2011 and started working together in real estate in 2014. A published author, Susanna loves writing, reading, and kick-boxing. She currently serves on the boards of several community organizations.

Steven Unfred lives with his wife (Elyssa) and two daughters in Weston, MO. He was born in California but lived most of his life in Perry, KS. After serving in the US Marines for six years, he worked for the City of Lawrence and later joined the Pipefitters Union. He worked in construction and real estate for many years and then, together with Susanna Bartee, established Blue Bridge Realty in 2017.

Ashley Osborn is a Platte County native, West Platte High School alumna, and a Benedictine College graduate with a degree in Business Administration. Ashley has always had an interest in the real estate industry and she successfully flipped her first home in 2012. Ashley and her husband (Justin) reside near Weston, MO, with their sweet daughter and two dogs. Along with keeping up with the local real estate market, she also enjoys spending time with family and friends, remodeling her current home, and being outdoors.

Kristin Wilds, a native of St. Joseph, Missouri, lives with her husband (Nick) and their three children. Kristin graduated from nursing school in 2014 and has been around real estate remodels and construction her entire life. With her husband's busy military career, Kristin enjoys the pace and schedule of the real estate world for their family while still being able to enjoy the public interaction she is accustomed to from the nursing profession. Kristin's family, along with their three dogs, enjoy outdoor activities, home projects, and adopting whichever stray animal Kristin finds.

Megan Troutman

Megan Troutman is a native of Buchanan/Platte County, Mid-Buchanan alumna, and a Missouri Western State University graduate with a degree in Education. Megan has been around real estate remodels and rentals for her entire life. She has always had an interest in the real estate industry and flipping houses. Megan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her two cats and dog, and relaxing in the outdoors. Along with keeping up with the real estate industry, Megan loves educating the minds of young children at West Platte Elementary.

Benjamin Campbell

Benjamin Campbell recently moved from Salt Lake City, Utah where he worked for Zions Bancorporation and attended Westminster College. Ben obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is currently enrolled in their master’s program working toward his MBA. Ben has previously participated in volunteer work for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and enjoys giving back to his community. As newer Parkville, MO resident, he enjoys going to Kansas City Chiefs games along with many outdoor activities to include trips to Lake of the Ozarks with family and finding the best BBQ!
